Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic solution design, transformation management, product management, business technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading discovery and solution framing efforts with stakeholder interviews and journey mapping.
• Ability to translate opportunities into structured MVP concepts and executable delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of asset servicing and financial services processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured intake, discovery, and current-state assessment for assigned solution opportunities.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations, roadmaps, and business case inputs.
• Partner with Product Owners, Technology, data, and operations to translate solution intent into product increments.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and ensure alignment on MVP scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Bridge solution design into execution with governance, KPIs, and handoff requirements.
