Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Product Manager to drive value across an enterprise product line by translating customer needs into actionable product strategy and backlog priorities. You will partner with engineers, designers, and business partners to deliver features that enhance sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will conduct user research, define and test MVPs, and collaborate with Finance to build business cases for new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in product management or a related role.
• Experience practicing modern software development and agile methodologies (XP principles: paired programming, test-driven development, continuous deployment).
• Ability to translate business goals into product strategy and drive prioritization with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product strategy and priorities to the development teams and partners.
• Translate user needs into user stories and maintain the product backlog with ongoing prioritization.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business partners to deliver value and improve the customer experience.
