Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Senior Product Operations Lead to own the firm's product strategy and management methodologies within Investor Services. This role will design, maintain, and evolve the tools, frameworks, and learning programs enabling product teams to operate consistently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Strategy, or related discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering training, learning programs, or capability-building initiatives.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product strategy, methodologies, standards, and playbooks.
• Design and facilitate learning modules, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Maintain a centralized repository of methodologies and knowledge assets.
• Develop TAM/SAM/SOM, needs/JTBD analysis, and business case guidance.
• Partner with leaders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
