LangChain is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to shape how its platform reaches priority industries, enterprise buyers, and high-value use cases. You’ll translate customer problems into clear solution narratives, repeatable sales plays, campaign themes, and customer-facing assets that help teams understand where LangChain fits in their AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in solutions/enterprise/product marketing or related GTM role.
• Ability to build messaging, collateral, or campaigns around technical products, AI/ML, and B2B SaaS.
• Translate customer problems into audience-focused narratives that drive adoption.
• Understand enterprise buying motions and craft assets for complex buying committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry and use case solutions for priority sectors (financial services, healthcare, life sciences).
• Translate customer problems into clear solution stories linked to LangChain’s platform capabilities.
• Define repeatable use case messaging and create briefs, use case pages, assets, decks, and webinars.
• Build enterprise messaging POV and support production deployments with governance and evaluation insights.
• Synthesize market signals, customer feedback, and competitive activity to sharpen messaging and GTM.
