Job summary

Vitalize, a US-based health tech company, is hiring the Enterprise Solutions Lead to build the zero-to-one function focused on workforce management, HCM, and payroll integrations. You’ll own critical systems, work with Growth and Post-Sales, and help deployments go live on time by defining data ownership, pay rules, and provisioning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on WFM or HCM implementation experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with payroll integrations and pay rules.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SFTP, and middleware integrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional engagements from pre-sales to deployment.
• Healthcare pay practices experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce-system solutioning across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead WFM, HCM, and payroll discovery on enterprise deals.
• Drive integration readiness with deployments and standards.
• Troubleshoot go-live issues including sync and pay discrepancies.
• Create leverage with playbooks and training for teams.
• Translate customer requirements into product signals.
