Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise applications, ERP/CRM systems, and data engineering.
• Strong SQL development skills including data modeling, troubleshooting, and performance tuning; Python or similar scripting.
• Experience configuring or supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and ERP/CRM integrations (Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce).
• Hands-on ETL/ELT development and integration work via APIs, middleware, or file exchanges; reliability focus.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and deliverables; strong communication with business users.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, administer, and support enterprise applications and workflows across SaaS environments (SAP, Salesforce/Veeva, Greenhouse, Ketch).
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, integrations, and automated workflows with APIs, middleware, and scripting.
• Support SAP and CRM implementations and enhancements through data mapping, migration, and testing.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to connect application data to reporting and the commercial data foundation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and technical designs; deploy and support solutions.
• Own issues through resolution; diagnose failures, coordinate vendor support, and maintain runbooks for backup coverage.
• Coordinate technical work with vendors and internal teams; maintain documentation and license usage; flag renewal or risk to IT leadership.
• Use version control, peer review, repeatable deployment, and testing; coordinate with Security and IT Validation on access controls.
