Job summary

Vitalize is building an AI operating system for health systems to manage labor and capacity. The Enterprise Solutions team will own clinical-data integrations (EHRs such as Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech) and drive secure, scalable interfaces across Growth and Post-Sales.

You’ll define zero-to-one solutions, lead EHR discovery on enterprise deals, and guide deployments with product and engineering collaboration. Location flexibility in the US; expect 40–50% travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EHR integration with major EHRs (Epic/Oracle Health/Meditech) or similar.
• Fluency in interoperability standards (HL7 v2 ADT, FHIR, interfaces).
• Security/privacy instincts for PHI minimization and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Growth and Post-Sales so solutions deployable and supportable.
• Lead EHR discovery with enterprise deals, identify feeds and security requirements.
• Scope minimal useful feeds and guide integrations through security reviews.
• Set standards for unit/department mapping, feed testing, and census validation.
• Expand EHR integrations into bed management and capacity data.
• Create reusable EHR integration patterns, discovery guides, and docs.
• Collaborate with Product on marketplace vs direct interfaces.
• Turn customer requirements into scalable product signals.
• Partner with Deployments for complex deployments when needed.
