Job summary

Vitalize is hiring the first Enterprise Solutions specialist to define this function as our customer base grows. You will act as the technical SME across the customer lifecycle, solving complex enterprise deals and guiding deployments with a focus on readiness and repeatable playbooks.

You will bridge Growth and Post‑Sales, enabling successful deployments and scalable capabilities while maintaining clear expectations with CIOs, enterprise architects, and HRIS leaders across health systems.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with ERP, WFM, HRIS, payroll or adjacent enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, integration architecture, middleware, SSO.
• Ability to lead technical solutioning with enterprise customers through pre‑sales to implementation.
• Capability to translate customer requirements into clear technical problems for Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutioning across the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and support.
• Lead technical discovery and deep dives with hospital IT leadership to define architecture, integration requirements and responsibilities.
• Build technical leverage with Growth, Deployments, Support, and Customer Success to handle complex workflows.
• Partner with Deployments to set standards for discovery, setup, testing and validation.
• Develop deep expertise across product/architecture and health system ecosystems the platform integrates with.
• Turn customer requirements into product signals and scalable platform capabilities.
