Job summary
Vitalize, the AI operating system for health systems, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions professional to bridge Growth and Post-Sales. You will own complex technical solutioning across the customer lifecycle, collaborate with Deployments, and help shape the enterprise ecosystem with products and integrations.
You'll travel 40–50% onsite to work with hospital IT leadership, ensure technical readiness, and transform customer requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- Deep experience with ERP, WFM, HRIS, or payroll systems.
- Ability to lead technical solutioning for enterprise deals.
- Ability to travel 40–50% onsite with customers.
- Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering to drive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own technical solutioning across the customer lifecycle.
- Lead technical discovery with hospital IT leadership.
- Build technical leverage across Growth, Deployments, Support, and Customer Success.
- Partner with Deployments to drive technical readiness and complex deployments.
- Become an expert on our enterprise ecosystem and integrations.
- Turn customer requirements into product signals with Product & Engineering.
