Job summary

Vitalize is seeking an Enterprise Solutions lead to define and grow this function as our customer base expands. You will be the technical SME across the customer lifecycle, solving complex enterprise deals, partnering with Deployments on difficult implementations, and tackling post-live challenges with deeper expertise.

You will build playbooks, tools, and repeatable capabilities to enable Growth, Deployments, and Customer Success while aligning technical delivery with business goals.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with ERP, WFM, HRIS, payroll or adjacent enterprise platforms and understanding of APIs, data flows, integration architecture, middleware, SSO.
• Turned ambiguous requirements into solutions across complex customer environments.
• Ability to turn solutions into repeatable playbooks.
• Distinguish implementation issues, configuration problems, integration limitations and product gaps.
• Bridge GTM and Post‑Sales without over-promising delivery teams.
• Healthcare IT environments experience helps ramp quickly.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutioning across the customer lifecycle, ensuring deployment and support readiness.
• Lead technical discovery and deep dives with hospital IT leadership for net-new integrations.
• Build leverage across Growth, Deployments, Support, and CS to handle complex workflows.
• Partner with Deployments to establish technical discovery, integration setup, testing, and validation standards.
• Become an expert on Vitalize's product and enterprise ecosystem (WFM, HRIS, payroll, EHR, etc.).
• Turn customer requirements into product signals with Product and Engineering to decide enablement, new integrations, or platform capabilities.
