You will partner with Sales leadership to hit ambitious growth targets, define the craft of the SE discipline, and scale cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, Launch and external partners.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of complex enterprise landscapes and large-scale projects.
• Clear metrics-based coaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tenured Enterprise Solutions Engineers.
• Mentor and unblock the team; stay close to deals for context.
• Develop a team covering our largest market segments.
• Partner with Sales leadership to hit ambitious growth targets.
• Define the craft and set the standard for SE discipline at Shopify.
• Guide complex enterprise deals to improve win rate and value.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Launch, Product, Marketing and external partners.
• Feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering; scale depth.
• Own enablement materials for the enterprise community.
• Stay hands-on in deals to maintain real context.
