Job summary

ALSO is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to evolve our Shopify-based ecommerce experience in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment, managing core projects across the ecommerce team. You will be the connection point between regional teams, marketing, product, and engineering—ensuring local needs are heard, prioritized, and translated into scalable, global solutions.

Based in Seattle, WA, this role requires 5+ years in Shopify, strong PM skills, and aptitude for ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Shopify experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
• Experience configuring solutions in Shopify Plus and internationalization.
• Proven experience coordinating projects across international teams and time zones.
• Strong project management expertise with Agile/sprint planning; PMP/SixSigma a plus.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and design.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Shopify site operations for performance and reliability.
• Drive website feature initiatives across international teams.
• Gather and translate requirements from cross-functional teams.
• Translate market needs into scalable global solutions.
• Scope work with engineering and software teams and manage execution.
• Lead projects from concept to launch with aligned teams.
• Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and ownership.
• Document decisions and workflows using PM tools like Asana/JIRA/Confluence.
• Continuously improve processes to increase speed and reduce friction.
