Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer on our Enterprise team to partner with Account Executives, shape deal strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders.

You will map customer challenges to Motive’s platform, deliver tailored demonstrations, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer outcomes and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level sales support in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Willing to travel 30%+ and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to shape deal strategy and deliver high-impact demos.
• Tailor demonstrations to technical, operational, and business audiences to prove value.
• Translate customer challenges into clear, measurable Motive solutions.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and drive growth.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and maintain product expertise.
