Job summary

Bilt Rewards is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Dallas team in‑office. You will own the technical pre‑sales story and guide partners through implementation, from API discovery to live launches, with substantial on‑site work in Dallas.

You will lead integrations with property management systems and third‑party platforms, delivering tailored demos and designs that map to each partner’s operating model. Expect heavy travel and a fast‑moving, impact‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related roles.
• Extensive API integrations and SFTP experience.
• Owns implementation and onboarding.
• Ability to discuss technical details with partner teams across unfamiliar systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner to AEs across enterprise deals with large national property management companies.
• Lead technical discovery with prospects, mapping their systems to Bilt's API surface.
• Deliver tailored demos and solution designs translating Bilt's platform to concrete outcomes.
• Own post-sale implementation end-to-end—gather API credentials and specs, configure integrations, launch live.
• Build the Solutions Engineering function with playbooks, assets, and knowledge base.
• Answer deep integration questions with credibility and speed.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to unblock enterprise partners.
• Travel to partner sites for onboarding and workshops.
