Job summary

Astound in Arlington, MA is seeking a Sales Engineer to support an Enterprise Account team, focusing on Ethernet Services, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and Private Networking. The role also supports Voice solutions including Digital Trunking, Hosted Voice, and Unified Communications, with SD-WAN expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supporting telecommunications services to Enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings in person or via phone/web.
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations with pricing input.
• Act as the technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales for Enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to market and sell Astound’s Enterprise services.
