Job summary

SIVAD Consulting seeks a Solutions Engineer for Implementation & Delivery in NYC, Austin, TX, or San Francisco, CA. You will own the full technical implementation lifecycle for enterprise SaaS customers, coordinating across Sales, CS, and Eng teams to ensure successful go-lives.

Travel ~25% and strong API/data skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of hands-on implementation experience, with a background in housing or related verticals and a track record of driving

• Owned end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise SaaS customers.
• Bonus for CRM implementation experience or consulting-to-PM background.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical implementation lifecycle for enterprise housing customers from sales handoff through go-live.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Translate customer workflows into actionable implementation plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations across product verticals for long-term success.
• Travel on-site to customer locations (~25% travel).
• Work with data and APIs to manage integrations and data migration.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering for improvements.
• Develop scalable internal assets like playbooks and onboarding templates.
• Handover completed implementations to post-implementation engineers for ongoing support.

Solutions Engineer, Implementation & Delivery – E-AI

NYC, Austin, TX, or San Francisco, CA

$150k to $200k

We need someone with 3–7 years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical account management who has owned end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise SaaS customers. You should be comfortable working across APIs, system integrations, and configuration-heavy platforms, and have a track record of driving successful customer go-lives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Bonus points if you've worked at a high-growth startup, have CRM implementation experience, or come from a consulting-to-PM background with strong technical foundations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical implementation lifecycle for enterprise housing customers — from sales handoff through scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Partner closely with Sales on deal handoffs and with Customer Success Managers and Engagement Managers to deliver a seamless, coordinated customer experience
• Scope implementation requirements with customers, map their workflows, and translate them into actionable implementation plans tailored to their operational model
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations across product verticals, ensuring each customer is set up for long-term success from day one
• Travel on-site to customer locations (~25% travel) to build relationships and manage implementations in person
• Work within the data and API layer — managing integrations, understanding customer data trends, and ensuring correct data migration into their platform
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, synthesizing implementation learnings into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams
• Contribute to scalable internal assets including playbooks, configuration templates, and onboarding frameworks that raise the bar for the broader team
• Hand off completed implementations to post-implementation Solutions Engineers (Product Experts) for ongoing support and optimization
