Job summary

EliseAI, a unicorn in housing and healthcare AI, seeks a Solutions Engineer to lead enterprise implementations from presales to go-live. You’ll collaborate with Engagement Managers and Customer Success to ensure a smooth, high-impact deployment and measurable outcomes for strategic customers.

You’ll work across housing verticals, marrying technical depth with strategic storytelling, delivering best-practice configurations, and contributing to scalable assets for the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical account management, or a closely related presales/post-sales role.
• Proven track record owning technical implementation for enterprise‑grade customers in SaaS/AI/ML environments.
• Excellent communicator with ability to translate complexity for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-functional experience across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Own technical implementation end-to-end across enterprise accounts from presales through go-live.
• Partner with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers to deliver a coordinated experience for complex customers.
• Lead technical discovery by mapping workflows and translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Configure and activate EliseAI’s platform to meet customer needs with deep product knowledge across housing verticals.
• Present best-practice configurations to drive adoption and outcomes for each customer.
• Develop expertise across verticals to become a trusted product knowledge resource.
• Act as voice of the customer, feeding learnings back to Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to scalable internal playbooks, templates, and onboarding frameworks.
• Identify and resolve deployment risks before escalation.
