About The Role

As a Solutions Engineer at EliseAI, you will be integral to our product launch and support processes. You will work closely with clients, support engineers, and customer success managers to ensure smooth product implementations and troubleshooting. Your role involves developing launch tools, understanding product functionalities in-depth, and providing training and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Program manage new product launches; hosting internal product knowledge sessions and implementation training, own the creation of enablement materials and more.

• Utilize SQL and BI tools to monitor the health of products post-implementation partnering with Support and AI Operations to correct any misconfigurations to ensure the client gets the most value out of our products

• Own feedback loop conversations synthesizing data across multiple channels such as Gong snippets, Support Tickets, Surveys and more, acting as Voice of the Customer helping us find solutions to achieve short and long term goals

• Work closely with Product and Engineering to enhance product offerings, ensuring they deliver maximum value to clients and address market needs effectively. Experience in product management is a plus.

• Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new clients to understand their product area and requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working at an early-stage startup in an operational/generalist role

• Willingness to take on a variety of roles

• Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured and ambiguous environment

• Ability to take ownership and accountability

• Willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters 5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
