Job summary

SHI International Corp. in San Francisco/can reside in San Jose area seeks a Solutions Engineer - Enterprise to assess customer data center environments and design tailored infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.

You will build strong relationships with OEMs and support sales teams with technical training. The role involves engaging CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs, managing the solution practice pipeline, and identifying opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network,

Qualifications

Experience in complex Data Center sales opportunities within enterprise accounts.
Ability to design data center infrastructures including hybrid cloud and SDDC.
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and data center automation.
Proven capability to sell technical solutions and articulate value to customers.
Experience with major vendors like Dell, Cisco, VMware, NetApp, Pure Storage.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments.
Design tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and partners; stay updated on products.
Provide technical education to sales teams and customers.
Serve as trusted IT advisor, partnering with Field Account Executives.
Develop strategies to win top prospects and grow the solution practice pipeline.
Identify technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, Services.
Develop solutions fitting customers' needs and budgets through planning.
