Job summary

Vector in Draper, UT is seeking a Solutions Engineer to digitize client workflows within our mobile app. You’ll work with Software Engineers and Deployment Managers to ensure seamless integration, training and go-live success for enterprise customers.

You’ll build workflow schemas, automate tasks with JSON and scripting, configure Vector deployments, and communicate product feedback to shape roadmaps. Occasional on-site travel and strong customer focus are required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS software applications and/or providing technical implementation services.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer business and technical resources to understand goals and success criteria for each deployment.
• Build workflows and automate tasks using scripting, JSON, and Vector’s internal tools.
• Configure Vector deployments to meet client business and technical needs.
• Triage deployment or integration issues quickly with cross-functional resources.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver integration solutions for customers.
• Gather feedback to help shape product roadmap and deployment processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to align requirements with capabilities.
• Act as voice of customer needs to drive improvements in product offerings and processes.
