Job summary

Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer based in the Southeast who will partner with territory account executives to expand Verkada’s footprint into Fortune 500 companies. You will interface with customers throughout the sales process, design deployments, and provide technical guidance to drive wins.

The role requires strong cloud security, IoT, networking, Linux, and security surveillance knowledge, and it involves substantial travel to support business operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or security field is required.
3+ years as a Sales Engineer with Fortune 500 experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong networking knowledge: HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, Firewalls.

Responsibilities

Technical Leader for Verkada product suite and customer engagements.
Overcome objections and secure the technical win during sales cycles.
Present Verkada solutions to all stakeholder levels and evangelize with partners and customers.
Travel frequency expected to be >50% domestically and internationally.
