Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to join our Global Enterprise APJC team supporting major enterprise customers.

You will translate business priorities into cross-architecture technical requirements across Enterprise Networking, AI, Security, Splunk, IoT, Data Center, Cloud and Automation, partnering with account teams to drive account growth. Responsibilities include leading discovery, designing solutions, delivering presentations, and conducting workshops and POC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or a comparable customer-facing tech role.
• Experience designing and positioning enterprise solutions across multiple technology areas.
• Experience leading technical discovery, solution-design presentations, demos, or POC activities for enterprise customers.
• Experience translating customer business priorities into technical strategies and engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within the Americas and participate in global meetings across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customer technical leaders, architects and decision-makers to understand business challenges and become a trusted technical advisor.
• Translate business and operational priorities into technical requirements and cross-architecture solutions aligned with measurable customer success criteria.
• Collaborate with global and regional account teams to develop account sales strategies and drive customer engagements.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, presentations, demonstrations, workshops and POC activities.
• Position Cisco’s differentiation and business value with strategies for Future-Proofed Workplaces and AI-ready Data Centers.
