Job summary

Notion is redefining enterprise software sales, with a Solutions Consultant owning the full customer journey from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, and renewal planning. You will translate discovery into live workflow designs, and be a trusted partner across the entire relationship, across AI-enabled productivity tools.

You will build live solutions in customer environments, coordinate with BDRs, and navigate complex procurement and legal cycles to secure the right scope

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of a customer.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts.
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
• You can own the room and bring new ideas and workflows to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle for your book of business, including new logo, expansion, and renewal.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers and run discovery.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals.
• Guide customers through early implementation with adoption plans and handoff to OA for expansion.
