Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Enterprise Hunter Solutions Architecture leader to recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class pre-sales engineering team focused on landing new enterprise customers. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to shape strategy, drive outcomes, and deliver compelling solutions across payments and APIs.

The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales leadership, 10+ years in technical sales or GTM, and willingness to travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience within a technical sales/consulting/implementation/GTM function.
• Track record of building and leading solution architecture/engineering teams in SaaS/payments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, lead, and retain a world-class pre-sales team.
• Be the advocate for the solution architecture team within the organization.
• Drive growth by aligning with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Serve as Technical Sponsor on key deals and lead executive business calls with customers.
• Demonstrate strong executive engagement with key decision makers.
