Job summary

Toast’s Enterprise Solutions Team seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to own the design, integration architecture, and rollout planning for large restaurant brands. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and manage end‑to‑end integration specs to ensure successful deployments.

You will collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Delivery, Product, and Customer Success teams to maintain solution integrity and drive enterprise‑level success across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation.
• Deep expertise in integration architecture, API frameworks, and data migration methodologies; hands‑on REST API and webhook design, testing, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical design for enterprise restaurant implementations, including integration architecture and data migration approach.
• Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers during Plan, Pilot, and Rollout; translate complex concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and obtain sign‑off.
