Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant III to architect complex technical setups and lead multi-location rollouts for Enterprise clients.

You will design scalable display configurations, content hierarchies, and integration frameworks across dozens of sites, collaborating with corporate IT and regional leaders. You mentor peers on the Technical Onboarding team, handle escalations for hardware/software, and partner with Integrations, Product, and Sales to remove blockers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in POS, technology, or SaaS.
• Experience implementing complex hardware and software at scale with integrations.
• Master understanding of corporate IT and operational needs, and ability to work with IT leaders.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex technical setups and scalable configurations for multi-site operations.
• Lead high-stakes, multi-location rollouts for Enterprise brands from design to go-live.
• Design display configurations, content hierarchies, and integration frameworks.
• Own and nurture franchisee and corporate relationships, mitigating brand risks.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive project success across the Enterprise deployment org.
• Partner with Integrations, Product, and Sales to remove blockers for large brands.
• Provide internal QA for multi-unit rollouts to catch issues early.
• Mentor peers and present scalable solutions for multi-unit configurations.
