Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Customer Architect to lead technical strategy for our largest enterprise customers. You will partner with Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to design scalable, end-to-end solutions that cover product configuration, integrations, data flows, and operational workflows.

You will work with executive stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Operations to maximize business outcomes while reducing friction and accelerating adoption of the Restaurant365 platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, technical account management, solutions architecture, or similar roles.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers on complex deployments, integrations, or transformations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical and operational challenges and design scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Customer Success Managers to support enterprise customers.
• Serve as the technical advisor for complex environments, shaping solution design.
• Diagnose challenges across integrations, workflows, and data flows to improve outcomes.
• Design scalable solutions involving product configurations, data flows, and operational workflows.
• Lead technical strategy discussions with IT, Finance, Operations, and exec stakeholders.
