Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Customer Architect to lead technical strategy for our largest enterprise customers, partnering with Success Managers to deliver scalable solutions across product configuration, integrations, and operational workflows.

This hybrid role collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to remove barriers and maximize value of the Restaurant365 platform for multi-location operators, with a focus on AI-enabled efficiencies and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or related customer-facing technical roles.
Proven experience with complex software deployments, integrations, or business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical advisor for complex customer environments across product configuration, integrations, and workflows.
Lead cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Support and Customer Success.
Diagnose technical and operational challenges and design scalable, repeatable solutions.
Develop reusable playbooks and best practices for enterprise readiness and adoption.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve outcomes.
