Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Customer Architect to lead technical engagements for our largest enterprise customers. You will act as the technical advisor, designing scalable configurations, integrations, and end-to-end workflows across product, engineering, and services teams.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Product, and Customer Success to remove obstacles, drive adoption, and create repeatable solutions that scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers on complex software deployments and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Ability to influence product, engineering, and customer success teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor for complex enterprise environments and design scalable solutions.
• Lead strategic discussions with customer IT, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Diagnose technical and workflow challenges across environments and data flows.
• Develop reusable playbooks and solution patterns to improve scalability.
