Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Customer Architect to lead the technical partnership with our largest enterprise customers. You will design scalable configurations, integrations, and workflows while partnering with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to remove barriers and optimize outcomes.

Role is hybrid with on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 8+ years in related fields and a proven ability to influence without authority are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Demonstrated experience with software deployments, integrations, or business transformation.
• Strong SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and data-flow knowledge.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical and operational challenges and design scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication to both executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to influence Product, Engineering, and Customer Success without direct authority.
• AI fluency to leverage tools for productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant365's largest enterprise customers as a technical advisor.
• Design scalable configurations, integrations, data flows, and operational workflows.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with IT, Finance, Ops, and executives.
• Develop reusable playbooks and solution patterns to improve enterprise scalability.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to customer outcomes.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights shaping product strategy.
