Restaurant365 in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Customer Architect to lead technical strategy for our largest enterprise accounts, shaping deployments, integrations, and workflows. You will partner with Success, Product, Engineering, and Services to deliver scalable, high-value solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, the design of scalable configurations, and leveraging AI to improve efficiency and outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, technical account management, or similar roles.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers on complex software deployments and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and design scalable solutions.
• Experience influencing multiple teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Customer Success Managers to support enterprise customers.
• Serve as the technical advisor for complex environments and maximize business outcomes.
• Diagnose technical and workflow challenges across environments and data flows.
• Design scalable solutions involving product configuration, integrations, data flows, and processes.
• Lead technical strategy discussions with IT, Finance, Operations, and executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex customer challenges.
• Develop reusable playbooks and patterns to improve scalability.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve outcomes.
