Job summary

WSO2 seeks a Sales Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor, owning pre‑sales engineering, architectural consultations, and customer engagements across API management, identity and access management, and the developer platform.

You will translate product capabilities into tailored solutions, construct POCs, and drive customer success while collaborating with sales, R&D, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Native fluency in Spanish; fluent in English (oral and written).
• Availability for short travel.

Responsibilities

• Design custom demos and proofs of concepts (POCs) that align with customer business needs.
• Map potential technology uses to customer requirements.
• Clearly communicate technical and business benefits in presentations.
• Create high-quality solution designs meeting customer expectations.
• Develop expertise in WSO2 products and share knowledge with the team.
• Lead technical aspects of project deliveries and manage expectations with customers.
