Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role at global software enterprise.
• 5+ years in pre-sales.
• Experience in payments, billing, invoicing, issuing, or Fintech.
• Executive engagement with senior decision makers.
• Strong facilitation and leadership in customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Define customer strategy as part of the Stripe account team.
• Identify and close complex opportunities; align with product roadmaps.
• Lead engagements with CIO/CTO/COO/CRO, etc., and senior stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end transformations and roadmaps with third-party integrations.
• Conduct market research on customers and competitors to drive growth.
• Deliver executive briefings, readouts, and solution demos.
• Expand Stripe into new markets and units with local payment methods.
• Voice of the Customer insights to leadership and product teams.
• Participate in sales forecasting and account planning.
• Travel ~25% to meet users and collaborate internally.
