Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architecture leader to drive pre-sales strategy for SaaS platforms and enterprise customers in the United States. You will recruit, coach and empower a world-class pre-sales team, partnering with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to accelerate revenue growth.

You’ll own executive relationships, guide complex evaluations, and translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions, while traveling ~25% to engage with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience.
• 10+ years in a technical sales/consulting/ GTM function.
• Track record of building and leading solution architecture/engineering teams in SaaS or usage-based businesses.
• Energy and passion for customer success.
• Experience with APIs and/or payments industry.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a world-class pre-sales team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Teams to develop go-to-market initiatives.
• Establish executive relationships and credibility with customers and Stripe leadership.
• Drive collaboration across teams to deliver value and revenue growth.
