Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive digital transformation for the Construction One platform.

You will partner with strategic enterprise clients to design end-to-end workflows, mentor teams, and shape product strategy across global projects. You will lead discovery engagements, translate complex business needs into architectural blueprints, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years implementing/training Trimble Construction One software applications (B2W Estimate, Track, Maintain, Schedule).
5+ years of professional consulting or training experience specifically within the construction industry.
Deep expertise in construction business processes, especially estimating/site management/equipment management or project costing workflows.
Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and multi-project engagements.
Familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and long-term digital strategies.
Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams to guide new product introductions.
Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting processes.
Resolve complex architectural escalations while driving continuous process improvements across client engagements.
