Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive digital transformation for the Construction One platform.

You will partner with strategic enterprise clients to design end-to-end workflows, mentor teams, and shape product strategy across global projects. You will lead discovery engagements, translate complex business needs into architectural blueprints, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing/training Trimble Construction One software applications (B2W Estimate, Track, Maintain, Schedule).
• 5+ years of professional consulting or training experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Deep expertise in construction business processes, especially estimating/site management/equipment management or project costing workflows.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and multi-project engagements.
• Familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience implementing, training, and/or supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (B2W Estimate, Track, Maintain, Schedule).
• 5+ years of professional consulting or training experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Deep expertise in construction business processes, specifically within operations principles (Estimating, Site Management, Equipment Management) and/or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing).
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.
• Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Trimble solutions such as Vista ERP, Spectrum ERP, ProjectSight, App Xchange, or and Field View.
• Experience utilizing Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata.
• PMP certification or formal background in instructional design and technical consulting.

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
