Job summary

Whatnot is seeking an Enterprise software engineer to design and implement bespoke integrations with enterprise sellers, directly interfacing with customers and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of live commerce solutions.

You will build tooling and automation to support onboarding, integration support, and long‑term customer success, while shaping how our platform grows for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Strong experience with APIs, distributed systems, and data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement bespoke integrations leveraging Whatnot’s APIs.
• Act as technical bridge between customers and internal teams (engineering, product, account management).
• Build durable tooling, workflows, and support infrastructure for onboarding and integration support.
• Troubleshoot post‑sale technical challenges and define scalable platform improvements.
