Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a software engineer for the Enterprise team, working at the intersection of engineering and customer success to design, implement, and support bespoke integrations on Whatnot's APIs and infrastructure.

You will write code, build internal tooling, automate workflows, and identify product gaps to scale enterprise onboarding and ongoing success while collaborating with engineering, product, and account-management teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to work with customers directly and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Comfort running technical conversations with external teams and balancing fixes vs platform improvements.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience understanding complex customer success workflows and building tooling to support bespoke systems.
• Strong background in APIs, distributed systems, and data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement bespoke integrations with Whatnot's APIs.
• Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams.
• Build durable tooling, workflows, and support infrastructure to scale onboarding and ongoing success.
• Develop scalable integration solutions and internal operational tooling; assist with post-sale technical challenges.
