Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a software engineer for the Enterprise team to design and implement bespoke integrations on our APIs and infrastructure, directly partnering with enterprise sellers and their engineering teams.

You'll build scalable tooling, automate workflows, and support onboarding, while translating customer needs into durable technical solutions that reduce manual work and improve satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to work directly with customers and align with internal standards and goals.
• Comfort talking to customers directly and guiding technical conversations.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong grounding in APIs, distributed systems, and data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement bespoke integrations leveraging Whatnot’s APIs and platform capabilities.
• Translate seller needs into scalable solutions partnering with engineering, product, and account management.
• Build durable tooling, workflows, and support infrastructure for enterprise onboarding and success.
• Tackle post-sale technical challenges and shape future enterprise support for the platform.
