Job summary

Whatnot is seeking an Enterprise Software Engineer to design and implement bespoke integrations for enterprise sellers, using Whatnot's APIs and platform capabilities. You will bridge customers with internal teams, building scalable tooling and onboarding workflows while addressing post-sale challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work with customers directly and align expectations with internal standards.
• Comfort discussing with customers and surfacing real requirements.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand complex customer success workflows and build supportive tooling.
• Strong grounding in APIs, distributed systems, and data synchronization.
• Proven track record of automating repetitive work.
• Ability to own ambiguous areas and drive impact.
• Experience with e-commerce or operational systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement bespoke integrations leveraging Whatnot's APIs and platform capabilities.
• Translate seller needs into scalable solutions while collaborating with engineering, product, and account management.
• Build durable tooling, workflows, and internal operational tooling for onboarding and support.
• Solve complex post-sale technical challenges and define future support approaches.
