Qualifications

• Several years in technical support or customer-facing tech roles.
• Strong networking fundamentals and device troubleshooting.
• Exposure to security systems, access control, or related technology is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical topics simply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and partner support requests across phone, email, and ticketing channels.
• Troubleshoot Gallagher Security software, hardware, networking, and device issues.
• Contribute to technical issue triage by clarifying problems and gathering information.
• Manage support tickets end to end: document, track, resolve, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a running queue of local and global technical issues with other support teams.
• Escalate complex issues with the right context to speed up resolution.
• Create or update internal documentation and knowledge base content.
• Share learnings with the team to support consistency and improvements.
