Gallagher Group Limited in the UK is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our global Gallagher Security team based in Warwick. You’ll be the first line of contact for customers and Partners, troubleshoot technical challenges, and grow your product knowledge with guidance from experienced engineers.

Ideal candidates are early in their technical support career, curious and customer-focused, with a developing understanding of IT networking and support environments.

Qualifications

• Developing understanding of IT networking, devices or troubleshooting.
• Experience in a help desk, customer service, IT support, or technical environment is helpful.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a commitment to great customer experiences.
• Logical problem-solving approach, ability to follow processes and learn from others.
• Team-focused mindset with adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support calls and emails with accurate, timely customer-focused assistance.
• Troubleshoot networking, device, software, and access control issues with guidance from senior engineers.
• Record interactions and resolutions clearly in CRM and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with regional teams, product testing, and development to escalate and resolve issues.
• Build knowledge of Gallagher Security products and processes through continuous learning.
