Job summary

Todyl, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer III in Atlanta, GA to diagnose and resolve complex issues across networking, security, and cloud environments. You will engage with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions and product improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of technical support experience, strong troubleshooting, MSP/MSSP exposure, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, with on-call availability as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or technical support engineering or related roles.
• Experience explaining complex technical issues clearly to customers.
• Familiarity with MSP/MSSP environments and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own complex support requests from triage through resolution.
• Troubleshoot advanced networking, security, endpoint and cloud issues.
• Assist customers with platform usage, deployments and config conflicts.
• Escalate to Tier 1/2 and guide investigation paths.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA for root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Create and improve internal/external documentation and guides.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process/product improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent issues.
