Job summary

Solution Staffing is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Sales Representative to develop new business and grow an existing client base in the Philadelphia area.

The role offers a solid base salary plus commission with compensation targets around $160k+ in year 1 and $200k+ in year 2, plus residual commission and solid benefits. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Enterprise Security Sales and are open to regional/national accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise security sales experience.
• Experience in developing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Willingness to travel regionally around Philadelphia and beyond for national accounts.

Responsibilities

• inheritance of an existing client base with ~40% managing/growing existing business and ~60% developing new business.
• Develop and close new business with Enterprise level clients across industries such as Higher Ed, K-12, Utilities, Data Centers, Pharma, Hospitals and Manufacturing.
• Utilize product mix advantage and target accounts within a 2.5–3 hour radius of Philadelphia.
