HackerOne is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic segments from remote locations. You’ll build relationships, navigate complex sales cycles, and leverage an AI-first approach to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales in a B2B environment.
• Experience building and managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and communicating value of tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a healthy pipeline.
• Develop and execute account and territory strategies to grow revenue.
• Apply AI-first thinking to improve prospecting, account research, and forecasting.
• Demonstrate data-driven decision making using pipeline analytics.
• Use first principles to understand customer needs and deliver value.
• Adapt to changing customer priorities and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, CS, and Partners.
• Share insights and best practices to improve customer engagement.
