Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks an Enterprise Account Client Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned client portfolio within Enterprise Accounts. The role requires proactive client interaction, issue resolution, and staff coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of security management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5+ years of work history
• 3+ years of security management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tech
• Excellent written and oral communication and discretion

Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for the Enterprise Account with regular client interaction and issue resolution
• Coordinate with enterprise, branch, and corporate resources to address client issues
• Ensure post requirements, training, licensing, and policies are up to date
• Ensure staff meet client and company standards and handle coaching and discipline accordingly
• Assist leadership with coaching, staff development, and policy execution
• Support startups and transitions for new accounts, including staffing and training
• Attend regional and corporate management meetings and seek process improvements
• Travel up to 70% to sites to manage operations and inspections
• Oversee scheduling reports and maintain client requirements
• Manage remote CCTV audit and client guard tour systems
• Facilitate action plans for service issues
