1Password is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to be the technical advisor to our Enterprise sales team. You’ll tailor deep technical demos and insights to align with customer challenges and goals, shaping opportunities from discovery through close.

Collaborating with Account Executives, Product, Marketing, and Support, you’ll translate security concepts for diverse stakeholders and drive technical qualification in complex deals.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical sales in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record selling to Fortune-100 customers.
• Experience in a multi-product SaaS environment.
• Enterprise sales with relationship building, stakeholder influence, and closing complex deals.
• Translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Learn, adapt, and navigate dynamic customer conversations quickly.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC for qualification and deal progression.
• Autonomy to manage multiple projects, maintain quality, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to mentor colleagues and share best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Familiarity with SaaS, security concepts, and developer tech (SCIM, CLI, SAML/SSO/OAuth, AD, API, SSH, AI).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical advisor within the Go-to-Market team.
• Scope and propose tailored technical solutions addressing customer needs.
• Coach Account Executives on product capabilities and messaging.
• Educate customers on the 1Password suite of products.
