Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to own a strategic New York territory, selling the full platform to Fortune 1000 and high-growth customers. You will build executive relationships, craft multi-year deals, and lead enterprise security conversations across IAM, Zero Trust, and cloud security.

This remote, field-based role requires strong quota attainment, collaboration with security and IT leaders, and frequent in-person meetings across the New York metro.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and 501-2,500 employee companies, with 2+ years in cybersecurity sales.
• Proven track record exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas and closing multi-product opportunities.
• Elite sales performance with Presidents Club or equivalent awards.
• Experience selling multi-product platforms and broader transformation offerings.
• Relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, and senior IT/security leaders.
• Ability to map technical priorities to an executive business case.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a strategic commercial territory in New York with multi-year plans.
• Develop executive relationships and create cross-sell opportunities across platform products.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning security, IAM, cloud, and DevOps.
• Expand strategic customer relationships and co-create adoption roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Channels, and Customer Success.
