Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel our enterprise sales initiative. You will nurture prospects from first contact through the journey, building a structured funnel through proactive prospecting to create opportunities for our sales team.

You will use scripts and CRM tools to manage interactions, generate 8-10 outbound calls per hour, and align with marketing to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey from initial contact to post-sale support.
• Generate appointments and drive traffic using outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques.
• Communicate with prospective customers to understand needs and provide information about RV products and services.
• Record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions in the CRM.
• Stay aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions to boost lead generation and conversions.
