You will partner with business leaders, internal tech teams, Salesforce, and implementation partners to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while maintaining governance and security.

This role emphasizes optimization of an already mature platform, disciplined change management, and building internal capability for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce ownership in a live enterprise environment with Sales Cloud.
• Governance, admin, release/change practices, security or data controls.
• Translate business-process requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead or mentor Salesforce professionals and manage external partners.
• Optimize an existing platform rather than relying on greenfield implementation.
• Strong judgment on when declarative is enough vs. custom development.
• Salesforce certifications are valuable but not a substitute for ownership.
• Experience in manufacturing is not required; enterprise context applies.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day platform stewardship, governance, and administration.
• Lead release discipline, roadmap development, and vendor relationships.
• Develop internal Salesforce capability and champion best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions with stakeholders.
